Production
Their are two main forms of energy production used
Hydroelectric
Right next to the main downtown area a hydroelectric dam was built into the mountain, also creating a reservoir for drinking water.
Wind
The wind power used comes in two flavors, macro, and farms.
Macro turbines are set up on the top of various building as well as in peoples years, and wherever else they night fit.
The second kind are proper wind farms set up where wind is plentiful and the ground is fairly flat. Close to the core of the city there are a few wind farms that have had industrial building built around the turbines.

While still in early stages, experiments are starting to happen around nuclear energy
Energy Storage
In order to balance their grid there are a few different forms of storage used.
The primary one is the dam has an additional Lucani-built reservoir and turbines dedicated to help balance the major longer lasting spikes.
For moment to moment balancing flywheel storage is commonly used due to it's simplicity. More recently however battery storage is starting to be utilized for it's increased capacity.
